The master window switch was not getting power right. So I used another car's switch to prove the switch power lack. Result the 2nd switch worked. So the line is powered but now I'm thinking the switch is bad. Several days go by and I'm searching for replacements on Ebay and Amazon. My donor car www.bimmerfest.com.
Power window and door lock failure. This one has me a bit stumped as I was sure it would be either a switch or fuse problem. The metal contact from your switch needs to be cleaned off, alcohol and a small brush or cotton swab will do it. You'll need to take off the door panel, unhook and remove the window switch module. Carefully pry off the top of the switch module. Be careful with the top, there's nothing holding them switches in!
